This house is typical urban style built by the wealthy individuals that time and served for housing, having the purpose today.  Storey-height is P + 1, where the ground floor is built of hewn stones, floors built of baked bricks set in lime mortar with fugue. The roof consists of wood construction is covered with traditional tiles – red tiles. Entrance to the house is through a door whose frame is made of arc shaped carved stones on the part over the door.
Facade is characterised by the porch of closed type, which is located above the entrance door, at same time creating a shelter protecting the entry of atmospheric precipitations and windows which are placed in sequence (one after another) in the same form as on the ground floor. The windows are made of wood and creating an arc shape above by the baked bricks placed on the side. Further on, it is worth mentioning that the end of the facade is highlighted by the ending with Sims, where the bricks are placed in a “wolf tooth” type. Regarding the construction, the foundations of the premise are made of stone walls on the ground floor whilst the floors are from the baked brick material.
